The Sony VAIO range has been well known for its reliable performance and beautiful design. Since its launch, it has carved itself a niche as a ‘designer notebook’ brand. One of my favorite models is the Sony VAIO VGN-CS215J/R 14.1-Inch laptop. It has a sexy and luscious red casing with a black colored keyboard. Very sexy!
Like many VAIO models, the Sony VAIO VGN-CS215J/R 14.1-Inch laptop has rounded corners. It’s casing is mostly red with a tinge of silver colored lining. The outer casing has a glossy red surface with the logo ‘VAIO” etched in silver.
On the inside, there is a speaker panel right below the screen display, with a strip of easy-access buttons. They keyboard is black in color, and consist of stand-alone buttons, very much like the keyboard on Apple computers. Below the keyboard is a spacious track pad that is also red in color.
Like all Sony computers, the beautiful exterior hides many powerful features. The Sony VAIO VGN-CS215J/R 14.1-Inch laptop is powered by Intel’s 2GHZ T6400 processor with 4GB of RAM. It also comes with a 250GB hard drive and a dual-layer DVD drive. The 14-inch screen displays amazing visuals. It is incorporated with the XBRITE technology from Sony that produces greater contrasts; brighter whites and deeper blacks. The Sony VAIO VGN-CS215J/R 14.1-Inch laptop has also great connectivity with 3 USB ports, a memory stick slot, and express card slot, Bluetooth connectivity and a 802.11a wi-fi network card.
